House Rules
The Teacher Has Rules, But They Are Easy To Follow
- No smoking or vaping in the house or on the premises.
- Clean up after your dog. If you brought Fido, bag it and toss it.
- If you brought your pet and didn't pay the pet fee, please pay it via VENMO.
- Garbage comes on Wednesday and Saturday. Please close with bungee cord.
- You do NOT have to take garbage out to the street. The crew will get it for you.
- No Parties! The house is designed for 8 and you paid for 8 NOT 80!
- Be careful of our screens. Dogs and children run through them.
- No jumping on the bunk beds. Monkeys fall off and bump their heads.
- Drive golf cart with extreme caution and only after you have signed the waiver.
- The lowest you may set the AC is 68 degrees. You don't want to freeze it up.
- Checkout is 10am. No exceptions!
- The cleaning crew will get all linens. Please simply leave them on the beds.
GOLF CART MAY ONLY BE OPERATED BY GUESTS WHO SIGNED THE LIABILITY WAIVER
- The golf cart is for complimentary and voluntary use, and therefore, it is not inspected by professionals after each use.
- Per the golf cart liability waiver, approved guest(s) must inspect the cart before use and agree NOT to operate the golf cart if there are any concerns about its fitness for use.
- Only guests who have signed the golf cart liability waiver may operate the golf cart.
- Injury to golf cart driver, passengers, or any other parties will be the responsibility of person operating the golf cart at the time of the accident.
- Please operate the golf cart with care and at an appropriate speed.
